Pastor Alvin unpacks the first two steps of our church’s vision and why they are foundational for every believer. Knowing God is not about getting your life together first. It begins with coming to Jesus and trusting the mercy that brings us from death to life. But knowing God is only the beginning. Jesus also invites us to find freedom by laying aside the weights that slow us down. Shame, fear, regret, pride, and isolation all keep us from running the race God has set before us.
Through Scripture and practical teaching, this message shows how freedom is sustained through community and why walking with others creates the kind of environment where healing lasts. This is the starting point. Knowing God and finding freedom prepare us for what’s next as we discover our purpose and learn how to make a difference.

This week, we are honored to welcome back Pearson Pretorius from 3C Church in South Africa for a powerful, paradigm-shifting message. While many seek a year of "glory" or "blessing," Pastor Pearson challenges us to pursue something deeper: The Greatest Year.
Drawing from Colossians 2, this episode is a call to move away from "outside-in" Christianity—where we strive for religious approval—and into an "inside-out" life fueled by the Spirit. In Part 2 of our Pray First series, Pastor Alvin walks through the Prayer of Jabez and shows how bold, faith-filled prayer positions us to live beyond our past, our shame, and our self-sufficiency. Jabez’s life began with pain, but his prayer pointed toward blessing, influence, and purpose. This message challenges us to trust God’s heart, ask for His blessing without fear, depend on His presence, and walk in His protection. Because when we pray first, we stop leaning on ourselves and start living as people called to make an eternal difference. Prayer isn’t passive. In Part 3 of The Invitation series, Pastor Alvin Love III shares a Christmas message centered on God’s heart for family.
